New To Yoga?
We have a 4 week beginner series beginning on Tuesday September 17, 2019. Class will start at 6:30 PM and run until 7:45 PM . Classes will be September 17 and 24th, then we have a one week break, and resume again on Tuesday October 8 and 15th. (You have plenty of time to get everyone back to school and have some time for yourself!)
$50 for 4 weeks of small group instruction PLUS access to all other regularly scheduled classes during this series for FREE! That is 4 weeks worth of additional access to classes.
We will cover the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, supportive and non-judging environment. Each week we will build on the learning from the prior week and will cover yoga breathing, postures and how to use yoga props / tools to customize the experience to best meet your needs! Contact the studio for additional information or to secure your spot.
Even if you have to miss one week, you will gain so much from the other classes! Classes meet 9/17, 9/24, 10/8 and 10/15
