Empowering your Health: A 6- week journey to reset and renew!
As the season’s change, so should our eating habits and lifestyle. Transitions in the year are a perfect time for transitions in our lives. Fresh choices in diets and minds can optimize your health and ready you for new beginnings. Join Jill Sansom from Indigo Yoga Loft, an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, and Meredith Hartlage from Growing the Seed, LLC, a Holistic Nutritionist, as they lead you on a journey to better health.
This program is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their health through diet and mindset. Jill and Meredith will teach you how to start making smart dietary choices and small lifestyle changes that will yield great results!

Introductory workshop will be held on Thursday September 7 from 5:30 to 7pm. Here participants will discuss and define individual goals, including personal motivations for change. Consecutive sessions run every Thursday from the official start date September 21 through October 12. A follow up session finalizes the programs October 26th.
