We had a wonderful day last Saturday and were thrilled to meet so many new face and familiar faces! The day started with LouAnn and her Gentle + Yin practice. Many people were new to this style of practice and the feedback was wonderful. Elizabeth led a powerful Vinyasa Flow for over 25 people! Anita gave us a preview of a Pilates class and after hearing from the participants, we are going to be offering this late Saturday mornings beginning in June!

The popular Jen Stratakis joined us and led a Restorative class for a room full of students and then our own 5:30 AM instructor Erin Scanlon introduced Yoga + HIIT to our studio. Everyone was smiling from all the classes and enjoying some healthy food options after their class.

Thank you to everyone that participated in our survey / raffle and gave us some feedback. It seems we have a split group of wants and needs, with mornings, evenings, restorative and flow classes being about equally wanted. There was a general theme that evenings and more flow classes would be preferred, so we are looking to add a 7:30 flow on Monday evenings and changing our 6:30 Wednesday evening class from Basics plus Restorative to a more traditional flow.

With each season, we will continue to evaluate the wants and needs you have to best match the season. Days are longer and finding ways to bring you some other classes a bit later in the evening are being considered.
