Its the perfect week to switch things up and get up EARLY for an amazing start to your day! Meet Erin – as she will be teaching TWICE this week. Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 AM. Thursday the 24th is her special YOGA + HIIT (High intensity interval training) class that will definitely bring you motivation.
Friday the 25th is our Donation class at 6PM to benefit the Montour Trail. You may recall they had to cancel their annual glow night fundraiser due to weather, so this is the perfect way to have a wonderful practice and give back!!
Other changes this week is the addition of our Sunday evening 6:30 PM class. This week is it Essential Yoga – enhanced with essential oils. This is a 75 minute class led by Jill.
This Saturday the 26th we will be representing the studio at the South Fayette Community day at Fairview park.
Please be ready to see the new line up of classes in September. Thank you for sharing your wants and needs. We are trying to honor everyone and still keep our studio thriving. We do monitor our classes and will be making some minor adjustments. We thank you in advance for sharing your time and practice with us!
September 1 is our Summer Challenge celebration immediately following the Friday $5 Flow Vinyasa class. As a special gift, we are bringing Elizabeth to assist that evening, while Jessica teaches. Going forward our Fridays will be $5 (cash preferred) unless otherwise noted.
